Tim created Alpin Partners to bring together like-minded leadership talent from around the world and offer a fresh approach to helping companies understand their purpose, formulate clear strategies, and achieve transformational outcomes for all stakeholders.

After a career spanning more than 25 years in financial services and consulting with roles based in the UK, Singapore, and Australia, Tim recognised that many companies struggled with the same business challenges he had spent decades solving for.  Alpin Partners aims to share this global knowledge and experience with companies around the world.

Tim is based in London and has extensive experience working in Asia-Pacific, Europe, and the US.  He spent 17 years with S&P Global Ratings up to Managing Director and has held leadership positions in areas such as business transformation, strategic operations, enterprise data, and strategic initiatives.

Growing up in New Zealand, Tim is an explorer at heart and learned to be a creative problem solver from an early age.  He is passionate about developing talent and creating environments where everyone can achieve amazing things together.

In his spare time, you can often find Tim snowboarding on a mountain somewhere around the world or exploring new countries with his family.
